The 2019 Regent AGUILA IRONMAN 70.3 powered by Philam Vitality

The waters are ready, the course is set and the roads are paved for the most anticipated and world-renowned race – the 2019 Regent AGUILA IRONMAN 70.3 powered by Philam Vitality set on August 11 at the Shangri-la’s Mactan Resort and Spa in Lapu-Lapu City.

About 2,400 triathletes from 55 countries, including former IRONMAN 70.3 champions Tim Reed, Mauricio Mendez, Radka Kahlefeldt and Caroline Steffen and more, have arrived and are ready to Conquer Cebu.

Rolling gun-start begins at 6:20pm for a 1.9 swim at the beach. Followed by 180km bike ride from Newtown to Talisay, and finished off with a 21km run from Punta Engano back to Shangri-La Mactan Resort and Spa.

Pro champions are set to receive USD25,000. There will also be 60 slots up for grabs for the 2020 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Taupo in New Zealand.
