Sterling Land Launches First Condo project

Sterling Land Residences and Development Inc. (SLRDI) launched their first residential condominium near the heart of the IT Hub in Metro Cebu – The Skyline.

The Skyline, Sterling Land’s first foray into vertical development, is a 25-storey residential tower with a 5-star hotel living concept.

The residential tower offers 496 units, including a Studio, 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom. Each unit is equipped with a kitchenette, a toilet and bath and provisions for a washing machine and an air conditioning unit.

To rise near the Cebu Asiatown IT Park, the development will offer future residents 5-star amenities on the 9th floor that include an Infinity Pool with a Sun Deck showing an expansive view of the metropolis, IT Park and the sea channel; a pool deck where residents can relax and unwind after long hours of work; and a gym overlooking the pool with access to the veranda for some fresh air —- a complete relaxation of mind, body and spirit.

Just like the top hospitality institutions in the country, The Skyline will have a grand lobby with its own cafè, The Skyline Lobby Bar and Lounge where residents can receive and entertain guests, have a cup of coffee or grab a refreshing drink with an assortment of pastries to fill their day.

Taking the design lead for The Skyline is the award-winning Architect Jose Pedro “Bong” Recio, whose landmark projects include the Pacific Plaza Towers in Ayala Avenue, Makati and Bonifacio Global City; Bellagio Condominium, also in Bonifacio Global City, and Twin Oaks Place in Mandaluyong.

The Skyline is expected for completion in 2023.

SLRDI, a property developer, decided to venture into condominiums after their accomplishment with their flagship projects, the Minglanilla Highlands and Santa Monica Estate in Tisa, Labangon.

He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology at the Cebu Institute of Technology-University and has a vast experience in web development, graphic design, photography, and Internet marketing. He has been a web developer for more than 5 years.
