P2.5M Mercedez-Benz At Stake in the MCIA’s Shop and Win Raffle Promo

The car to be raffled is a Mercedes-Benz Class A180 which costs P2.7 million

One year has passed since the Terminal 2 of the Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA) started operations.

As a way of celebration, MCIA is raffling off a 2019 Mercedes-Benz A-Class for passengers who purchase products and food in the airport’s two terminal and roundtrip tickets to local destinations are also up for grabs as they recently launched the “Shop and Win” Raffle promo last July 1 inside MCIA’s Terminal 2.

The promo will run from July 1 to October 15, 2019.

According to Ravishankar Saravu, Chief Commercial Advisor of GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corp. (GMCAC), the raffle promo is their way of thanking passengers for their support to the airport’s operations.

“This is our way of giving back and thanking all the travelers, passengers, and stakeholders for MCIA’s successful operations and the continued support the past years especially since the opening of Terminal 2 (International) a year ago,” he said.

Saravu added that the promo is also a way for them to showcase great Filipino products sold within the airport. These, he said, provide an opportunity for local handicrafts and manufacturing industries in Cebu.

MCIA’s partners including Global Star Motors Corp. (distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Visayas and Mindanao), Royal Air, and Standard Insurance were present during the launching.

“Today marks one year since the opening of Terminal 2. We wanted to be a part of the celebration,” said Global Star General Manager Ritchell Selma.

The car to be raffled is a Mercedes-Benz Class A180 which costs P2.7 million.
