Malaysian health and wellness retail store Ogawa has finally graced the Queen city of the South for the first time.

Ogawa Philippines has officially opened its first Cebu store last October 25, 2019 at the second floor of the City Wing in SM Seaside City Cebu.

The grand opening started with the ribbon-cutting administered by Ogawa Marketing manager Marianne Rodillo and other important guests and was then followed by the traditional Chinese lion dance.

Passing mall customers were also encouraged to sign their names for the raffle. Three lucky winners were given a Snazzytouch plus massager worth P9, 990 and two discount coupons for Ogawa massage chairs.

The store greets the customers with a minimalist interior and suave lighting and décor, evoking a serene Japanese ambiance that stays true to the company’s brand of being spring for wellness.

World-class massage chairs with refined designs and distinct amenities are the store’s main highlights where customers can indulge the luxury spa experience for 15-30 minutes for free.

The store is a leading homegrown brand from Malaysia and was established by Mr. Wong Lee Keong and Ms. Lim Poh Kian in 1996. Since then, the store became the leading player in terms of Japanese technology-incorporated health and wellness equipment and world-class customer service and after-sales.

Its presence has been established in at least 32 countries and has opened 30 outlets in Luzon since 2011. The Seaside branch is a first in Cebu and in the Visayas region. It is expected to expand in Davao, Bacolod and Cagayan de Oro by 2020.

One of the store’s top of the line products would be the Master Drive massage chair. Its main feature would be scanning the body from head to toe and is currently used by several athletes and celebrities including the Kramer family.

Every product is subject to a lifetime warranty and the Seaside branch is the main service center for customer concerns. The billing includes selected credit cards, buy now, pay later, 12- or 24-months to pay and COD.

Ogawa has been aggressive in sharing its advocacy of promoting the art of living in the age of digital wellness in the country. Cebuanos can surely expect the brand’s cutting edge 360º Ogawa experience in the Seaside branch.

Follow Ogawa in their social media accounts: Ogawa Philippines in Facebook and @ogawa_philippines on Instagram or visit them at www.ogawaworld.net.ph.
