ALiN Cargo Express (ACE) is a member of ALiN Group, a conglomerate that started in 2006 as a customs brokerage and has since expanded into integrated businesses such as tracking, import and export trading, cargo forwarding, logistics, and soon to diversify into money remittance. They are composed of logistics experts committed to setting a solid foundation to serve Filipinos all over the world.

With strategically-placed branches in Thailand, Dubai of the UAE, Cambodia, and Hongkong, Japan, Korea, China, and European countries, and soon in the US and Canada, ACE continues to expand its current 10 branches in the Philippines. To consistently provide excellent and cost-effective services with utmost care to its stakeholders, especially for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who wish to send balikbayan boxes to their loved ones at home.

ACE Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Israel Alin said it is only fitting for them to establish a new location for their headquarters in the highly-urbanized Metro Cebu, where new developments will contribute to the economic powerhouse. Three branch offices were also opened in December 8, 2021 in Las Pinas, Nueva Ecija; Bacolod City, San Carlos; and Cagayan de Oro City, Zamboanga.

“In everything we do, our focus is to achieve customer satisfaction and to give our stakeholders more reasons to smile. From delivering love-filled boxes to business solutions, ACE is here to support customers every step of the way,” ACE Chairman Israel Alin said in a virtual press conference. “We are guided by corporate values anchored on the pillars of ALiN: attitude, leadership, integrity, and nurturing. We strive to build a solutions-driven business that makes a significant mark locally and internationally.”

To further keep their promise of dedicated service to clients, ALiN Group of Companies Director Mitone Rivera announced today their official launching of ACE’s exclusive booking and delivery app.

The ALiN Cargo Express mobile application ensures that each customer will be able to easily track their mobile parcel in real-time wherever it is in the world, be it on land or in the middle of the sea. This is made possible by the integrated system they have painstakingly developed to sustain and enhance their fast, reliable services. The app will also improve access to customer service, anywhere and anytime.

Meanwhile, in a move to welcome investors who wish to be part of ALiN Group’s mission to serve more Filipinos, the conglomerate announced its franchising opportunities for ALin Cargo Express.

“We have fifteen years of expertise, resources, and network for the distribution of our own services. We are not dependent on any third-party company, even as we continue to enhance our platforms, application, and hub equipment to respond to the highest demands of our clients,” ACE Chairman Alin said, highlighting that ALiN Cargo wants to be part of the love that OFWs working abroad send to their loved ones in the Philippines.

ACE Chairman Alin shared that being part of the logistics industry has helped him push through his own limits, guided by their core values in service to fellow Filipinos working abroad.

“I am very happy because we have companies abroad that continue to expand, and we have been able to touch lives and help people through this business,” he noted, looking forward to another year of expansion with the company and their clients.
