Newly opened self-storage facility, Storage Town announced its partnership with real estate solutions company, Filipino Homes.
Self storage service is a quite new concept in Cebu, thus the company which is owned and managed by the Cokaliong Shipping Lines’ siblings led by Chase Cokaliong, decided to tap the expertise of the country’s largest brokerage network.
“Filipino Homes is the biggest realty brokerage firm in the Philippines, we are partnering with them,” shared Chase Cokaliong.
Filipino Homes through its property agents will manage some of the units.
Located on Sacris Road, Cabancalan, Mandaue City, the 4,692 square meters three-storey building property offers 10,00 square meters of leasable space.
Since the facility is one-of-its-kind in Cebu, it gained strong interest from diverse client profile, from travelers, residential owners (who need to store seasonal things in a room), restaurants, corporations, out-of-town students, collectors, among others.
Equipped with high-tech amenities, the Storage Town Inc., provides an initial of 1, 085 storage units, from as small as 1.8
square meters to 90 square meters, with a minimum rental contract of one month.
The smallest space is priced at P999 per month, while the biggest unit could reach to rental rate of P50, 000 a month.
