Mezzo Hotel Kicks Off Anniversary Month With New Menu

In celebration of its upcoming 5th anniversary, Mezzo Hotel is putting a fresh twist to its restaurant menu.

Café Mezzo is offering a perfect fusion of western and oriental dishes developed by its Executive Chef Berkley Ng. The full menu is introduced during Mezzo Hotel’s 5th Anniversary Preview Event on Thursday, April 28.

Pesto Pasta, Teriyaki Salmon, Blue Cheese Chicken Roulade, and Mango Shrimp Cocktail are just some of gastronomic delights that await diners.

“My passion was always about making food. This is one of the good memories I will always keep since I am honored to create another special menu for you,” shared Chef Berkley.

Growing up with parents who owned a restaurant, Chef Berkley has been exposed to the kitchen at a young age and has developed a passion for cooking since then.

Food is one of the key dimensions of the Mezzo Hotel experience.

This is why as they celebrate this 5th year in the industry, Mezzo Hotel strives to elevate its overall dining experience.

Their other focus is on people and community. In its series of anniversary activities, Mezzo Hotel ensures that they touch and make a difference in all these key areas.

This is why one of its major activities is a partnership with Barangay Mabolo for its “Adopt-a-Community” project. Through this, Mezzo Hotel gives back to its community by providing vulnerable groups with life skills such as cooking, basic housekeeping, and basic sales and marketing.

Special promos for rooms, functions, and activities such as Mother’s Day and Slogos Night are also lined up.

The monthlong anniversary celebration will culminate with a Gala Night on May 30 where guests will enjoy a wide array of best dishes, followed by an awards ceremony and a night of enjoyment.
