CLI Launches Pristina Town, Anchored by P5.4-B North Grove in Cebu City

In a bold move to reshape northern Cebu City’s urban landscape, leading VisMin developer Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) has unveiled Pristina Town, a 7.2-hectare master-planned township designed to champion sustainable, high-value living in the city’s booming North Growth Center on Monday, May 26, 2025 at Radisson Blu, Cebu City.

At the heart of this visionary development is North Grove, a P5.4-billion garden-themed residential condominium poised to become both a lifestyle destination and a compelling investment hub.
